This gentle outdoor adventure has it all. Pick up a map and children's activity pack from the Myrtleford Visitors Information Centre before heading to Rotary Park Playground to start your ride. Pause a moment to enjoy the swings and slide and learn about the area's farming heritage at the historic Log Kiln. In autumn this area is also resplendent with red and gold leaf photo opportunities.
Once you've had your fill of park time cross over the bridge and begin your ride on the sealed trail. Wind through open parkland and native bush lining the Ovens River. See who can spot the most hidden mosaic art installations as you pedal - keep eyes peeled, some are harder to see than others. Started by two friends in January 2019, the trail's guerrilla mosaic installations are now a local and visitor favourite alike.
Continue your journey over two bridges before you pedal into town. Stop for a snack or something heartier at Cafe Fez and browse more treasures at next door globe-trotter emporium Red Ramia Trading.
